The Tezos ecosystem has recently been enriched by the addition of TezosShare, a novel platform designed to facilitate the receipt of Tezos payments. This service offers an effortless method for individuals and organizations to collect donations and receive payments for goods or services, just by sharing a link.
Streamlining Tezos Transactions
TezosShare has been engineered to make receiving Tezos payments a straightforward process. By creating a unique link through the platform, users can disseminate it via social media, emails, and other communication channels. When someone clicks on this link, they are able to send Tezos directly to the user’s wallet. Furthermore, TezosShare allows the integration of HTML buttons on blogs or websites, streamlining the payment process for visitors.
To show how easy it is, we created our own Tezos Share link here in seconds:
Mark Knol, a the creator of the dApp, shared his experience, stating: “I made a dApp where you can create a shareable link to get paid in Tezos.” He directed interested participants to the TezosShare website (https://tezos-share.stroep.nl/) and provided an illustrative example with a “buy me a beer” link.
Ensuring Secure and Private Transactions
Security remains a fundamental focus for TezosShare. Transactions are securely processed on the Tezos blockchain, ensuring both the safety and reliability of payments. Users can be confident that their personal data is kept confidential and that they have absolute control over their Tezos wallet.
Accessibility and Compatibility
In response to community feedback, TezosShare has been proactive in enhancing its platform. “tz2 is now supported! Will look into the rest,” tweeted Mark Knol, indicating an expansion in wallet compatibility. This update follows feedback from Tezos community members who also recommended the integration of Tezos domains and private messaging through Mailchain, an open-source SDK.
Community feedback and usage of the app are key to its development and the creator also stated if there is enough usage a new specific domain will be purchased for the dApp.
