“Innovation has always been a hallmark of artists. This sentiment is strongly echoed in the current exhibition. Blockchain and AI, rapidly developing fields, are intertwined with the world of art. NFTs have allowed clear ownership, authentication, and the development of new online communities.”
Generative art has been a cornerstone of the Tezos community since the introduction of Fxhash in 2021. TZAPAC notes, “The public reaction to generative art has been nothing short of frenzied since platforms like Midjourney stepped onto the world stage.” Sandra Campbell continues, “Generative AI has gained traction, thanks to platforms such as ChatGPT.” Tezos has since become a vibrant ground for creators to experiment and innovate.
Aluan Wang, the founder of the Tezos NFT marketplace akaSwap, is among those who have been deeply inspired by this movement. Today, his dedication is evident in the “Chaos & AI Research” section of the ArtScience Museum’s exhibition.
