The Gitcoin “Game On! Tezos” Hackathon: 5 Categories And A Total Of 200,000 USD In Prizes
There will be a total of $200,000.- USD in prize money to win in 5 categories. In each category, the first prize will be $25,000, second prize $10,000, and third prize will be 5,000.
The five categories are Metaverse, NFT, DeFi, Self-Sovereign Identity and New Frontiers.
The Gitcoin Tezos Hackathon
Hackathons are a great way to maintain interest of developers for dApp development. Hackathons always offer devs the opportunity to come together and explore the tools that a chain has to offer to build applications.
The “Game On! Tezos“ hackathon is no different. Devs can find resources on the main Game On! page and they can join the Hackathons Chat Workspace.
The main topic of the hackathon is blockchain gaming and entertainment and will run from November 18th to December 18th.
“We would like to invite you to hack with us, explore the technology of Tezos, and build toys and games that delight, entertain, and help pave the way for blockchain becoming part of our everydays in the future.”

– Potential impact: Envisioned impact of your project
– Novelty: Innovativeness of the project
